Multi-Purpose and Meeting Room FacilityThe library presently provides for various community uses such as tutoring, summer programs for children, story-time, crafts, and meetings. There are often upwards of 50 children involved in the summer reading program. Enough room must be planned for in the new library to accommodate these uses. The multi-purpose area should be accessible after hours without allowing access to the library proper. It must have access to washrooms. It should also contain an area for coffee services, cloak room, storage areas for tables and chairs separate from the actual meeting room.
