Good Libraries Need Good Friends

1. Our objectives
   1. To strengthen and expand services to Beaverlodge and community by raising funds for the purchase of materials and equipment as well as to assist in maintaining present hours of operation.
   2. To raise funds for a new library facility.

2. Our Accomplishments
   1. In our first year of operation (1986) we were able to donate $1,500 (obtained through memberships and donations) to the library for assistance in maintaining hours of operation.

   2. Since then the "Friends" have raised $25,000 for new computers, new carpet, shelving and renovations!

3. Our needs
   1. Your membership in the society. We need members who would like to be actively involved in helping meet our objectives.
   2. Donations to the society.
   3. Volunteers for library programs.
   4. Your membership in the Beaverlodge Library
